This week we come to you from our home away from home Palazzo Giustiniani. For the last eight years we have been coming to Puglia during the summer knowing what a hidden gem it is untouched by humanity it is, this area of Italy is a real GEM.

In the last year or two with people like Alessandro Michele doing the Gucci show post Covid then Maria Grazia Chiuri showing Dior Cruise Show 2021 in Lecce and this year Dolce Gabbana Alta Moda 2023, the secret is out of the bag.

Thomas' collection for Villari - Owner's of Palazzo Giustiniani

However there are still hidden treasures where you won't see Kim Kardashian on the beach, but, a more discreet crowd of locals mixed with old nobility frolicking in the Puglian sun drinking Gin & Tonics ( Gin & Tonic White Party ). Which brings us to the family of Il Conte Giustiniani and his wife Barbara.

If you follow our company's growth and collections you will have read about Barbara since Thomas has done a collection for Villari . The collection consists of Champagne Buckets, Chandelier, Thermador and more. 

The Dining Room

Barbara and Il Conte permanently reside in Bassano del Grappa ( the original home of Grappa). Over the last 10 years they rented in various towns around Puglia just to be sure what town they wanted to end up in. Filippo, Barbara's husband, is a force to be reckoned with himself as he specializes in the restoration of all kinds historical villas, palazzos and monuments throughout Italy with his company Filippo Giustiniani & Partners. 

Rooftop Sunsets

Filippo has single handedly turned the spotlight away from the much recognized towns in Puglia to Salento. Fanfare is just a 30 minute ride away if you crave nightlife and fiesta. If you want a pool, peace and quiet and the sound of the wind much like in the movie by Luca Gaudagnino "Call me by Your Name" combined with great home cooked food and yoga this is the place to be.

The Living Room

With six bedrooms (and growing) available for your selection each bedroom has a different look and personality of its own. Located in Salento about a 15 minute drive to either coast or beaches this Salento Palazzo BNB gives you the best of all worlds being able to try beaches up and down the coasts on either side of the "heal of the boot " of Italy.
